Generating Designs
How do I get better results?
Tips for better generations:
- Be specific: Instead of "a dress," try "a midi-length A-line dress with structured shoulders"
- Reference designers: Mention specific designers or houses for style guidance (e.g., "in the style of Phoebe Philo-era Céline")
- Describe details: Include fabric, color, silhouette, and mood
- Use fashion terminology: Our techniques database understands terms like "bias cut," "princess seams," or "dropped waist"
What if I don't like my result?
You can regenerate with the same prompt to get variations, or modify your prompt for different results. Each generation uses one credit.
How long does generation take?
Most generations complete in 10-30 seconds. Complex prompts or high-demand periods may take slightly longer.
What happens if generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded. If it fails due to content policy violations, the credit is not refunded.

How do credits work?
- 1 credit = 1 generation attempt
- Subscription credits: Refresh monthly, expire at end of billing period
- Purchased credit packs: Expire 12 months from purchase
- Free tier credits: Never expire
Which plan should I choose?

Can I change my plan?
Yes! Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to additional features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Your Designs
Who owns the generated images?
You do. Images you generate belong to you. Paid tier users have full commercial rights. Free tier is for personal, non-commercial use only.
How do I download my designs?
Click on any generation to view it full-size, then use the download button. Designs are available in high resolution PNG format.
How long are my designs stored?
Your generation history is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual designs or your entire history at any time.
Can I share my designs?
Yes! You can download and share designs anywhere. The public portfolio feature allows you to showcase selected works (coming soon).
Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to Account Settings → Security. If you signed up with Google/GitHub, manage your password through those services.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, generation history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contact [email protected] to request a data export. We'll provide your data within 30 days per GDPR requirements.
Technical Issues
The site isn't loading properly
Try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
- Check your internet connection
I'm not receiving emails
Check your spam/junk folder. Add moire.club to your email whitelist. If issues persist, contact support.
Generation is stuck or taking too long
Generations typically complete within 30 seconds. If stuck longer:
- Refresh the page (your generation will continue in background)
- Check your generation history — it may have completed
- If the issue persists, contact support for credit refund
Content Policy
What content is not allowed?
We prohibit generation of content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates others' rights. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Why was my generation blocked?
Our AI safety systems may block prompts that appear to violate content policy. If you believe this was an error, contact support with your prompt details.
